        Refund policy

        Return Policy:

        Return requests must be initiated within 6 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 6 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted unless proof of purchase is included.

        • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
        • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
        • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
        • Please allow Broadway & Arthur Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
        • Customer will be contacted via email once the return has been processed to confirm what has been done. 

        Damages and Issues:

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        Exceptions / non-returnable items:

        All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, custom products, perishable goods, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. All final sale items are non-refundable. 

        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

        Exchanges
        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

        Refunds
        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
