        Shipping policy

        USPS IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS DURING COVID 19. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING THE EXPEDITED GUARANTEED OPTION IF YOU NEED IT BY A CERTAIN DATE. NO MATTER HOW FAST WE SHIP IT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED, ONCE IT'S IN USPS HANDS IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL UNLESS ITS A GUARANTEED EXPEDITED METHOD. PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL DAY OR TWO TO DELIVERY ESTIMATES DURING THIS TIME.

        Shipping Methods:

        • Standard shipping domestic orders are shipped through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX depending on weight.
        • Orders going to AK or HI will be sent using USPS Priority Mail.
        • Expedited shipping domestic orders are shipped through UPS.
        • International orders are shipped through UPS or USPS Priority Mail depending on which shipping option is chosen at checkout.

        Processing Time frames:

        • Processing times for standard shipping orders are approx. 3-6 business days from the day it is placed. During any sales, this processing time can be pushed to 6-7 business days.
        • Processing times for pre-sale items are approx. 10-15 business days for the day the order is placed. During any sale, this processing time be pushed to 3-4 business days. 
        • Processing times for expedited shipping orders are same day shipping if placed Mon-Fri before 12 PM CST. Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, will leave the following business day.
        • Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays as we are out of the office. All of these times are regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM CST - 4:30 PM CST, excluding holidays.

        Shipping Time frames:

           Domestic Orders:

        • Broadway & Arthur Boutique shipping by total order weight. 
        • Standard Shipping is $7.95 flat rate for domestic orders under $100, and FREE for domestic order over $125, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and APO. With increased transit times for all shipping carriers delivery time is anywhere from 7-12 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse.

        All of these options include tracking. Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. This does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or International orders. (Note: If you order with Next Day Air shipping on Friday before 12pm CST, it will leave that Friday and you will have it the following Monday. If you order after 12pm CST on Friday, it will leave the following Monday and you will have it the following Tuesday.)

           International Orders:

        • UPS does not include tracking once it reaches your destination country and is not insured. Delivery times can take up to 5 weeks after the day it leaves our warehouse, normal processing times apply. $14.95-$35.95.
        • USPS does not include tracking once it reaches your destination country and is not insured. Delivery times are anywhere from 6-15 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse, normal processing times apply.

        All of these shipping costs DO NOT include duties and taxes that your country may charge you upon the arrival of your package, any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

        Order and Address Verification:

        All orders are subject to needing credit card authorization and address verification before they leave our warehouse. We do email to make sure all orders are legitimate orders to protect our customers and our company from fraudulently placed orders. You can expect this to happen if you place an expedited order over $200 or if your billing and shipping addresses do not match. We will not send out your order until we receive confirmation that the order was legitimately placed and is authorized by the card holder.

        We will also email you if your address shows as invalid in our system, or if you provide us with a PO box address and we are not able to send to it. We will not send out your order until we receive a response with a valid address to send your package to.

        Lost Packages:

        Broadway & Arthur Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. This can take up to 8 business days to have a result, if the carrier is at fault, you will compensated. Packages are insured up to $50 for under 1 lb and up to $100 for over 1 lb. If you would like to purchase additional insurance to cover the full price of your package, you may email our warehouse at customerservice@broadwayandarthurboutique.com.

        Please make sure you are providing us with a valid, safe address to have your package delivered to so you can assure its arrival.

        If you are an international customer and your selected USPS or UPS, your package was not insured and there is nothing we can do about a lost or stolen package. If you chose UPS, the above information about lost package investigation and claim process does apply.

        If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you will be charged the fee from the shipping carrier to get your package back, and a second shipping fee from us to reship your package back out to you with a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier.
